Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Nina has over 12 years of experience working in the luxury retail industry opening flagship boutiques in New York, Miami, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, and Mexico City. Throughout her career, Nina has built a global network of trusted vendors from general contractors, architects, millworkers, and permit expeditors to ensure all projects are opened on time and under budget. Nina is able to build trust and motivate all team members to collaborate in finding solutions to tough issues on site. Nina is a LEED green associate, has a strong passion for sustainability, and is a leader in sourcing sustainable building materials, systems, and mindset. With a solution driven attitude, Nina is able to optimize any challenge efficiently while maximizing the project budget.

Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Steven has been in the luxury and commercial construction industry for over 15 years. With experience in multiple different industry roles working for Owner’s Reps, General Contractors and Clients, Steven brings a unique perspective and breadth of knowledge to his role at Flatiron Project Management. Two years ago, Steven had the goal of starting a boutique owner’s rep firm focusing on luxury retail and other specialty industries. He set out to build a small and agile team of experts that could seamlessly pivot and accommodate the ever changing needs and complexities that come with retail project management.
